Tristan Hall

Director

Tristan has 14 years of experience in plumbing, gas, and refrigeration. Tristan is a Red Seal Journeyman plumber, has his “B” Gas Fitting Certification, and is a Red Seal Journeyman Refrigeration and A/C Mechanic. Additionally, Tristan is trained and experienced in Project Management and Construction Estimating. Tristan loves playing and watching all sports, especially hockey, cheering for the Seattle Seahawks (NFL), Toronto Blue Jays (MLB), and Vancouver Canucks (NHL) . Tristan spends as much time as he can with his family, his wife Kelsey, and two kids, Linden and Mackenzie.

Craig Inglis

Director

Craig has 17 years of experience in plumbing, gas fitting, and hydronics. Craig has his Red Seal Certification in Plumbing and his “B” Gas Fitter Certification. Craig plays competitive rugby and is the captain of the Westshore R.F.C Premier Reserve team. For 2 years Craig played high level rugby in England where he had an opportunity to travel all over Europe. In his spare time, Craig enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, and his two children, Olive and Angus, taking them swimming, fishing, and other fun life experiences. Craig is a long time Green Bay Packers Fan(NFL).

Joe Latka

Joe brings 18 years of experience as a “B” Gas Fitter and sheet metal worker. As a hobby, Joe enjoys metal fabrication and building furniture. Joe also enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, his wife Melissa, daughter Sadie, and pets Georgia and Buzz. Joe enjoys multiple sports and is fans of the Toronto Blue Jays (MLB), Buffalo Bills (NFL), and Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL).

Commercial Construction Project Manager

Tyler has 19 years of experience and is a Red Seal Journeyman plumber and has his “B” Gas fitter certification. For fun, Tyler spends time with his wife, Jennifer, and two children, Joey and Kerstina. As a family, they enjoy camping and fishing with their dogs Carter, PJ, and Philly. Tyler also volunteers as coach for his kid’s soccer teams. Tyler is a huge fan of the Philadelphia Flyers of the NHL and a long time Cincinnati Bengals Fan of the NFL.
Bryce Adams

Mechanical Foreman

Bryce has been a plumber for 14 years in Victoria. When not working, Bryce enjoys spending time with his girlfriend playing sports such as golf, basketball, and tennis. As well, Bryce plays lacrosse and has played competitively for over 10 years. Bryce is an avid fan of the Philadelphia Flyers of the NHL.

Kelsey Hall

Kelsey came to H.I. with 10 years experience in office administration. Her qualifications include being a Certified Dental Assistant along with 8 years experience in Dental Reception. During her spare time Kelsey enjoys spending time with her 2 children along with enjoying a glass of wine with family and friends.

Cory Hall

Red Seal Plumber and Class B Gas Fitter

Cory has been plumbing for 4+ years and is currently working on the completion of his Red Seal Journeyman qualification by the spring of 2020. Before plumbing Cory spent 6 years working for a local vending machine company, servicing and repairing all kinds of vending machines. Cory enjoys playing and watching sports, especially hockey and golf. He is a longtime fan of the Vancouver Canucks. In his free time, he likes to go camping, fishing and spend time with friends, his girlfriend Taylor and his pup Nora.

Zac Roer

Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker

Zac has been with H.I. Mechanical for nearly 4 years. He started out plumbing but quickly realized his desire to do a sheet metal apprenticeship and hasn’t looked back since making the switch. During his spare time Zac enjoys mountain biking, dirt biking, skateboarding, camping and playing hockey on the staff hockey team the H.I. Mechanical Monty Pylons. Before his career at H.I. Zac was a heavy equipment operator.
James Anderson

James brings 18 years of Sheet Metal Experience to our team. He received his red seal ticket while working in Alberta. Since moving back to the island where James was born and raised he has developed a passion for Scuba Diving. James would like to explore more of the worlds waters while travelling and seeing our beautiful planet.

Clint Latka

Clint has 20 + years experience in the mechanical industry. Clint is a Journeyman Class B Gas Fitter and is experienced in sheet metal, heat pump retrofits and new installations. Clint loves camping, fishing, hunting and spending quality time with his wife Krista and his two dogs Lois and Quincy. He also has a strong passion for building his 1963 hot rod pick up along with large lifted pick up trucks. Originally from Ontario, Clint is a fan of the Toronto Blue Jays(MLB), Toronto Maple Leafs(NHL) and Toronto Raptors(NBA).

Jason Doyon

Jason brings 15 years of sheet metal experience to the H.I. Mechanical team along with another 5 years experience in general construction. You might find Jason cruising the streets of Victoria on his electric skateboard or with the top down on his Pontiac Solstice.

Kyle has 7 years experience Plumbing and recently completed his Red Seal Certification and Class B Gas Fitter licence. Kyle loves spending time with his dog Doug. Kyle enjoys attending festivals, concerts, along with playing hockey and baseball.

Keith has 15 years experience in the Mechanical Industry earning his Red Seal Plumbing ticket and Class B Gas Fitter qualifications. Keith enjoys spending time with his wife Donyne and their 2 dogs, Kaly, a 13 year old chihuahua and Gus, a 3 year old mini Aussie Sheltie Cross. Keith also enjoys salt water fishing, golfing, hunting, camping and playing Dodgeball.
