200% recommend these people. It’s been a year since HI installed our heat pump, and I’m sitting here in my comfortably warmed home, looking at my heating bills that are a fraction of what they were. But beyond that, from Sean walking us through what we needed on our end, providing three quotes, to the installers going the extra mile to make it fit perfectly above a door. And they had some time to kill while the system pressurized so they put my shed roof back together, even though it was on me to do it. That level of service and courtesy isn’t common these days.

H.I. Mechanical, can’t say good enough things about this company, first off they answer their phones, they book an appointment and they show up. Really hard to find a Heat Pump Service Mechanic in Victoria right now. Second the service man was great, courteous and did what needed to be done to get my heat pump up and running. Third they were very reasonably priced and I was grateful for their honesty and integrity, I had had another service man here from another company that wasn’t so honest. We had recently moved to Victoria and we had some renovation work that we needed completed. We were referred to H.I. Mechanical and we were glad that we were. We dealt with one of the owners directly. One of their best attributes is communication. We were always kept informed of what work was going to completed and when the workers would be at our house. The owner listened to the scope of work that we were wanting completed which included installing a heat pump system and updating old plumbing. If we had any questions we ALWAYS received a quick response. I would absolutely recommend H.I. Mechanical if you need any plumbing or HVAC work.

We inherited a leaky cast iron sewer pipe that was tricky to access, H.I. Mechanical was able to fix it in an hour or so. They were able to come on short notice and were pleasant to work with.
